SLA Configuration

PROTOTYPE

Per-distributor SLA settings used for dispatch overdue detection, delivery lateness evaluation, and chaser routing.

SLA Config Fields

Dispatch Window — Hours from order placement (or dispatch target) within which the fulfiller must ship.
Delivery Window — Days from dispatch within which the customer should receive the order.
Measurement Basis — What the SLA clock starts from: order placed, dispatch confirmed, or dispatch target date.
Chaser Trigger — How soon after the dispatch window expires the first chaser email is sent via n8n.
Working Days Only — Whether weekends and holidays are excluded from SLA calculations.
Urgency Tier — Determines alert priority: High = immediate Slack alert, Standard = daily digest, Low = weekly report only.
